  • We are a cash-based practice to ensure we can provide the highest quality, personalized care without insurance limitations. We're happy to provide detailed receipts for you to submit for reimbursement if you wish. We do accept HSA and FSA payments!

  • We typically recommend beginning care between 2-4 weeks postpartum, but this varies based on your birth experience and recovery. Some moms come earlier, others later - we'll work with you to determine the best timing for your situation.

  • Since we work primarily with expecting mamas and little ones, we don't take X-rays in-house.

    If imaging is needed based on our thorough examination, we'll refer you to a trusted provider before beginning care.

  • Absolutely! Our techniques are specifically designed for pregnant bodies and have been shown to help with common discomforts while supporting optimal fetal positioning. Dr. Alayna has extensive training in prenatal care and the Webster Technique.

  • The earlier the better! Starting care in early pregnancy (or even before conception) allows us to help optimize your pregnancy experience and prepare your body for birth. However, it's never too late to start - we welcome mamas at all stages of pregnancy.

  • We combine gentle adjustments (Webster Technique, MC2, Diversified, SOT, Craniosacral Therapy, Activator) with targeted bodywork (myofascial release & cupping therapy) to release tension and support optimal function. Our approach is always personalized to your comfort level and specific needs.

  • Initial visits are longer (1 hour) to allow time for a thorough consultation and examination. Follow-up visits typically last about 15 minutes, giving us time for adjustments, bodywork, and addressing any questions or concerns.
